Sri Agus Tina membahas pentingnya Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dalam meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan, sementara artikel yang kedua Daniesa Aryanti menyoroti pemanfaatan media sosial untuk pemasaran UMKM di Tanjungpinang. Lalu artikel ketiga Erin Novianti menekankan pentingnya komunikasi dalam menyelesaikan konflik di tempat kerja untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, dan Keempat Abang Ferdian Rona Syaputra mengusulkan inovasi komunikasi pemasaran untuk memperkuat brand awareness Mr. Gord di Tanjungpinang. Terakhir kelima artikel Fhazli Maulana Ikhsan mengungkapkan bahwa komunikasi internal yang baik dapat mengurangi turnover karyawan di perusahaan startup, dengan menekankan pentingnya keterbukaan dan
